Discussion of high school teachers’ important connotation of birth parenting

碩士 === 中華大學 === 應用統計學系碩士班 === 101 === Parenting is a parent's obligation﹒It’s also the concept of the traditional Taiwanese society﹒The goal of this study was﹐by virtue of the analyses on this type of subjects﹐to understand how modern parents were bringing their children up, and what type of upbringing was the right one for children in modern society﹒Even more﹐how children could realize their parents’ efforts paid for them﹐and parental supervisory thought or idea could be put into good effect without making them tired﹒The main objects of this study was high school teachers﹒Therefore﹐a total of 200 questionnaires were issued out during the release﹒Among them 195 copies were returned, a response rate of 97.5%﹒There were 11 questionnaires among those returned were invalid﹐the invalid questionnaire rate was 5.7%﹒While there were 184 valid questionnaires﹐the effective questionnaire rate was 94.3%。The results from factor analysis concluded that﹐there were six main factors denoting the important connotation of the birth parenting for high school teachers： Factor 1：Culturing the sound mental and physical qualities﹒ Factor 2：Providing the adequate financial support﹒ Factor 3：The dedicated efforts paid all along the parenting process﹒ Factor 4：Looking forward to the good future development﹒ Factor 5：Taking on the sacred mission of giving birth to﹒ Factor 6：Considerate and respectful caring affection﹒ Keywords： birth parenting、 high school teachers、 factor analysis.
