Therefore foreclosure real estate usually inversely. This study used four methods of research, first of all through the literature review and interviews. Second, followingfocus group to establish expert questionnaire. Third, use case study to make sure rsearch practice Finaly, Delphi method to recognized expert recognized, expert opinions and weights. After that confirmed by fuzzy multiple criteria decision making method shoot considerations order.These results may be consistent with the theoretical conjecture that all the above factors directly affect buyers decision behavior.
