These stress tests increase the accuracy and efficancy of subsequent diagnostic coronary angiography. There are several criterias of non-invasive test for approapriate usage of coronary angiograpgy. However, no related study investigate the relationship between non-invasive stress test and complexity of coronary angiography. The SYNTAX score system was first conducted in 2007 as a tool for coronary angiographic severity descirption. For the long time argument about the heterogenicity and agreement of grading complexity of coronary artery disease between interventional cardiologist and surgeons. The united scoring system was then developed and adapted widely in many large radonmized clinical trials till now. The SYNTAX (SYNergy between PCI with TAXUS™ and cardiac surgery) study was organized as an all comer study for patients with significant lesions in the left main segment and/or the three coronary arteries proceeding from it. Two randomized treatment strategies included patients received TAXUS drug eluting stent or bypass surgery with similar baseline characteristics were compared. Higher SYNTAX scores(>33) represented a more complex lesion under angiography as well as a poor prognosis. And patients in the group had better outcome receiving bypass surgery than planting drug eluting stents. Our purpose was to compare the degree of non-invasive stress and SYNTAX score. Our study revealed that when compared with mild thallium scan uptake, a moderate or high thallium scan uptake had a significant higher SYNTAX score. 陳宏一 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 51 zh-TW
