It can use widely in variety areas. The key feature of it is that it can be used in recognizing among large quantities and helping decrease working time. Then, this feature can make operations more efficient. If we use the RFID technology on the management of equipments, it can recognize much stuff without contact. It is not only finish the assignment quickly but also improves the management in old style. Due to the rapid progresses of communicational technology, the intelligent transportation system is able to drive and develops. The electronic toll collection is the foundation of the Intelligent Transportation Systems. Our government has tried to cooperate with some companies to electronic toll service; they followed the foreign high-speed electronic toll road construction a few years ago. However, the result was not very successful. Today, our government and cooperator use the E-Tag electronic toll service again to change such a situation. This time, they have to investigate deeply what is the key points make the drivers in Taiwan want to use the E-Tag electronic toll services then they can draw up the marketing strategies to promote the success of the E-tag service and improve the utilization rate. The first step of this study is summarizing the electronic toll including the cases about foreign electronic toll collection system, the current situation of highway toll in Taiwan, and the plan of toll. Then, we will discuss the researches that are related to the key points of information technology and compare the difference between the ETC, E-Tag and infrared ray. As RFID technology is more mature of today, the factors of influence that users will have while they are using will become stable and more recognizable. .Comparing RFID with the infrared ray, the instability factors of infrared ray cannot be decreased or solved. How can we let customers use this product that will be affected easily and cause the rate of recognition become bad? For that reason, RFID equipments will be used on the electronic toll collection system is an expected result. Finally, .according to the technology, the RFID is better than the infrared ray on using in high-speed electronic toll systems. 陳瑞順 蕭惠文 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 80 zh-TW
