". Traditionally, Sesame has been ordered process to fabricate thick virgin sesame oil, sesame oil. In this study, black sesame seeds are chosen as the raw material to explore the rough-pressed sesame meal remaining after natural fermentation, whether the extraction of active ingredients sesame effective alternative. Extraction process to ensure the effective ingredient is not destroyed, and should not have organic solvent residue problems, so it must be pick a proper operation at low temperatures without solvent residue for extraction; therefore, supercritical fluid extraction technology becomes the best choice. Supercritical fluid extraction doesn’t need too much more high temperature and pressure to operate, and the extraction solvent might be recyclable, no solvent residues any more. In this study, using supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction techniques to explore how much the remaining amount of the active ingredient by the non-human fermented sesame meal after oil extracted for highlighting value added of sesame meal reuse.
