Description
Summary:碩士 === 嘉南藥理科技大學 === 環境工程與科學系 === 101 === This study attempts to use a sintering process technology, water purification sludge adsorption arsenic solution (300ppb), made into a sludge containing arsenic and sintering bricks. Then assessment of sintered test material or burial of the feasibility study were controlled sintering temperature is 400°C, 600°C, 800°C, 900°C, 1000°C and 1100°C. The results showed that the sintering temperature is below 1000°C under the test conditions, due to particle bonding and neck growth has not yet reached the phenomenon, loosely sintered specimens, burning the material properties of the specimen-level analysis results are not yet in line with China National Standard (CNS) specification. When the sintering temperature of 1000°C or more, the sintered specimen volume shrinkage increased significantly, lower water absorption, the specimen densification, density and compressive strength were highly significant increase of the phenomenon, while the compressive strength and the sintered test Water absorption are in line with the general building bricks CNS of norms, and the compressive strength also meet two bricks of specification. The sintered specimens of the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching tests (TCLP) analysis showed that when the temperature rises As dissolution, although slightly on the rise by the 0.004ug / L to 0.47ug / L, but TCLP leaching concentrations were below regulatory control standards 5mg / L or less, in line with materials of environmental safety requirements. According to X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) results show that when the temperature is raised to 400°C crystalline phase generated at a temperature raised to 800°C, part of the crystalline phase is damaged, while when the temperature is raised to 1000°C crystalline phase damage is more obvious, solid judged raise the temperature will destroy the crystalline phase sintered specimen specimen TCLP leaching of lead increased.
