碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 101 === The Seniors Citizen group's fast growth stimulates the demand of the seniors and health related industrial. The coverage of related industrial also get wider. However, due to the reasons of the growing technology, the rapidly changing socio-economic structure, the education level of the senior, and the progressive health status and economic ability, the traditional health-care institution is hard to meet the need of the seniors groups now. It boosts the growth of the seniors industries in these days. It's the important issue to discussion the social problem of Evergreen populations growing, and through the research to understanding the relationship between elderly lifestyle and needs. So the purpose of this research study in statistical acceptance of today's people to the elderly community service and equipment needs, and explore the influence of the elderly lifestyle and needs to serve as the information on the industry development. Object of study for people in the south of major medical research institutes, by random sampling way, implementation of questionnaire verification, and for leisure type care of life type State and needs analysis of questionnaire investigation, for 25 Factor Analysis Approach, and four major dimensions of project analysis, Analysis of Reliability and Validity and Analysis of T-test, from the results, their metabolism and athletic ability, professional nurses appointment, configuration, nutritionist and other ten , industry and users cognitively significant differences, the industry must pay more attention in order to reach the user's expectations.
