But with mobile devices and wireless networks are ubiquitous, companies should to create a unique platform by those resources and technologies to replace the toll-free telephone service 0800 costs, and also enhance more comprehensive marketing and service. Therefore, this study will use the VoIP technology and the Android platform to develop mobile two-way toll-free telephone system application service platform for smart phone or mobile device, users can check local listings online for free and also can contact with the shop or enterprise directly, every guest can get VIP-class service, this system can enhance the business enterprise image, reduce service costs, provide customer convenience and free customer service line, relative increase service value, significantly reducing communication burden between businesses and customers.
