In domestic more than 20 local enterprises announced the auction of the right to operate, and a financial crisis facing serious debts greater than assets. Lehman Brothers financial events caused the global economic panic. Until recent years, the global economy has yet recovery.But, after the financial tsunami, we also see several unshakable enterprises. Saleh and Hosek (1976) proposed high job involvement and staff dedication of the more self greater contribution to the company. Business and internal management as good as possible, the staff presented a relatively higher the job involvement and dedication. Another scholars Heskett, James Lovemen, Sasser, & Schlesinger (1994) proposed that the company internal management methods directly impact employee job involvement and staff dedication, and also reflects the business revenue growth and profitability. This study provides managers operating in charge of the management, the company system, operational training, pay and benefits programs, management systems for reference and to develop better welfare policy, internal operations, personnel management, corporate commitment, employee engagement status as appropriate important factor; amendment and the proposed alternative program, and explore hypermarkets job commitment and dedication of correlation analysis through questionnaires and job involvement and staff dedication degree.
