A total of 380 students were selected through purposive sampling method from the Department of Early Childhood Education in Taichung. A total of 369 samples were returned and 367 were validated, the valid recovery rate was 96.58%. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, chi-square test and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. Results showed that: 1.) The average levels of "learning attitudes toward internship" and "employment intentions" were medium high at this survey. 2.) The levels of learning attitudes toward internship were significantly affected by the length of internship, but no significant difference on the background variables of universities, facilities, hometowns and high school graduated. 3.) The levels of employment intentions were significantly affected by the length of internship, but no significant difference on the background variables of universities, facilities, hometowns and high school graduated. 4.) Positive relationship was found between the levels of “learning attitudes toward internship” and “employment intentions" from the students of Department of Early Childhood Education in Taichung. On the other hand, the higher levels of learning attitudes toward internship and the better employment intentions. The research conclusions and suggestions were made based on these findings that to understand the employment intentions can further help faculty and students of the Department of Early Childhood Education to know the learning attitudes toward internship in order to achieve the goal of practical use.
