Summary:碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 文教事業經營研究所 === 101 === Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore the non-categorical elementary school resource room teachers between job stress and satisfaction in central Taiwan.To achieve the purpose,a questionnaire survey conducted in central Taiwan (Taichung , Changhua County, Nantou County) non-categorical elementary school resource room teachers, research tools designed by the researcher on the " a study on teacher job stress and satisfaction of non-categorical elementary school resource room teachers relationship questionnaire "purposive sampling method issued 354 questionnaires, 351 valid questionnaires can be with a rate of 99.15%. Including descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s product - moment correlation, canonical analysis,and multiple regression and other statistical methods to findings of this study were summarized as follow: 1. A study on teacher job stress of non-categorical elementary school resource room teachers in central Taiwan is at a medium level in average,and highest in the dimension of "working conditions". 2. A study on teacher job satisfaction of non-categorical elementary school resource room teachers in central Taiwan is at a slightly higher level in average,and and highest in the dimension of"teaching environment". 3.Different gender, years of service, qualifications, professional backgrounds are non- categorical resource room teachers working pressure perception not reach significant difference. 4. Different gende r, years of service , qualifications , professional background of non-categorical resource room teachers in the perception of job satisfaction less than significant differences. 5.There is a non-positive correlation between teachers' job stress and job satisfaction. 6. Teachers working pressure of "social support" to job satisfaction have significant predictive power. Finally, according to the research results,the suggestions are provided as a reference for educational administration , elementary school administrators and teachers , and further research.
