Summary:碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 文教事業經營研究所 === 101 === Abstract This research aims to discuss the satisfaction with the school lunch programs of junior high schools and elementary schools in Taichung, and to understand the difference in satisfaction with the school lunch programs by students from different backgrounds. This research adopts the questionnaire method and semi-structured interview method, takes junior high schools and elementary schools students in Taichung as its sample group, and carries out questionnaire survey through stratified random sampling method. The data obtained being analyzed by the SPSS18.0 for Windows statistical package through the following statistical methods: Descriptive Statistic Analysis, t Test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe` Posterior Comparisons, etc. Besides, the research selects 5 school lunch programs-related staffs for interview, to get an in-depth understanding of the satisfaction with the school lunch programs of junior high schools and elementary schools in Taichung. This research carries out analyses and discussions on the interview results together with related documents and questionnaire results. The research results indicate: 1. The overall satisfaction sense of junior high school students and elementary school students in Taichung on school lunch programs is at medium level. Among different items, the “lunch types” gets the best score and the “lunch serving way” gets the worst score. 2. Students’ satisfaction on school lunch programs is significantly differed with different grades, school scales, lunch serving way and geographic sites.
