Firstly the ICCID is encrypted by DES encryption and then encoded in QR code by application written in Android program. The application running on the staff’s computer used a webcam to scan and decoded the QR code, and then decrypted it by DES decryption to original ICCID. Finally the application searched the database to find whether database having the same number or not. The verification process can solve the problems of network connectivity and transmission security. Otherwise, the pattern of QR Code is difficult to be directly interpreted by eyes, so using QR code can prevent direct peep on site by others. To avoid the pattern of QR Code is taken by others without agreement, so this study proposed a time-sensitive key used in the process of DES encryption and decryption. The key is combined user's password input on the side with time data, so it can not be reused before cracked and provided second verification of personal identification. From the experimental results we can see that, QR Code can scan the angle range of about -30 degrees to 30 degrees, effective reading distance is about 40 centimeters. The total time of DES encryption and QR Code encoding is about 81 milliseconds, and the entire time of DES decryption and QR Code decoding is about 11 milliseconds.
