This study develops a multi-stage negotiation framework to explore the negotiation mechanism for product collaborative design of an enterprise with customers and sub-contractors. We discuss the effect of the strong-or-weak position of all participants and their cooperation situation in order to select the better partners between sub-contractor and customer.
