Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 化學研究所 === 101 === This thesis is concerned with developing bimetallic palladium-cobalt tetraacetate as a catalyst for the nitrene insertion reactions in direct amination of the carbon-hydrogen bond. In this study, primary and secondary alcohols were used as the starting materials to synthesize sulfamate esters which precursors of intramolecular C-H nitrene insertion the reaction condition of target amination reaction and explored the substrate scope. We also discussed two possible reaction mechanisms, (1) nitrene insertion and (2) radical rebound. Results of KIE study have shown that PdCo(OAc)4 catalyzed C-H amination is more likely going through a concerted nitrene insertion pathway.
