Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 建築研究所 === 101 === With the growth of Chung Yuan Christian University and vigorous development of administrative affairs, administrative office spaces are not enough and disperse around campus. In order to pursue innovation campus image and innovative service model, we performed to reconstruct and new construction, and then administration and service building was born. The main function of administration and service building is to provide administrator work in an office and to service students. This building collect administrative unites’ space demand, the space of it included administration and service center, administrative office space, meeting space, and public space. Each unit is currently stationed in use for more than one year; in order to specific determine building and built environment of surrounding campus entry whether fulfil objective and principle of Architectural Planning Report, match users' need and understand the reactions and opinions from student. By using Post-Occupancy Evaluation, and the purpose is to explore the correlation between the the students and environment interaction.
The study is from student perspective, according to the objective and principles of Architectural Planning Report, and established evaluation criteria that including three items: campus planning, building and administration and service centers; through current survey and questionnaire contrast with the Architectural Planning Report to evaluate and inspect. By Ordered Probit Model to analyze the preferences of questionnaires survey, seeking primarily factors affect prefer considerations.
The study results showed that, overall, the built environment fits the standards of Architectural Planning Report, and most users agree that environment of surrounding campus entry is better than before. However, there are two main problems that about the campus pedestrian space and lane are crisscross, and the space of bus shelter is narrow. Finally according to the survey information, to provide improvable suggestions as references for CYCU, and hope can promote performance on the quality and service of campus space and environment.
