Inheritance and continuance of local culture as well as traditional crafts have become a trend. Intangible Cultural Heritage is registered in every cities in Taiwan since people increasingly pay more attention to traditional crafts and festivals. Lukang has been highly representative of the traditional cultural center in Taiwan. The beauty of crafts made by artisans in Lukang is also famous. Local handicraft and status in Lukang is still take the position as times change which is confirmed by the highest proportion of Folk Art Award in craft in Taiwan. Lu-Ban Feast is the important events of local crafts industry in Lukang which has been registered in Intangible Cultural Heritage since 1988. In recent years, Lu-Ban Feast is combination with Lukang dragon boat festival and became one of important tourism resources in Lukang. This study explored how Lu-Ban Feast affected the local craft industry with three perspectives: craft industry craft culture, local development, and industry economy. This study established a framework by applying Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM). Furthermore, this study progressed field interviews with feast organizers, local archivist, and craftsmen and reached several conclusions: (1) Lu-Ban Feast affected the local crafts industry in craft culture perspective, (2) No strong evidence shows Lu-Ban Feast affected local development and industrial economy, and (3) Interaction exists between craft culture and industrial economy.
