| Summary: | 碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 101 === In order to promote two-way interaction, processes integration and process reengineering among governmental organizations, on July, 2002 the Taiwan Government set up the standards for information signoff process automation systems (i.e. Attendance Management System) that related software companies should follow to develop such systems.
The purpose of Attendance Management System is to transform the paper-based signing processes to become an information technology based flows, on the one hand to reduce the printing paper forms in achieving environmental friendly goal, on the other hand to shorten the time required by signing flow and improve the overall administrative efficiency。
In this study, we focus on the Attendance Management System of Tainan City Government and the subordinate organizations. By examining their successful experiences, we discuss how to how to design an integrated multi-organization Attendance Management System。
