碩士 === 大葉大學 === 工業工程與科技管理學系 === 101 === The object of this study is to explore the influence of organizational climate on teachers’ working stress and the reaction to working stress at the junior high schools in Chang-Hua County. A web survey was used to collect 100 samples from teachers in Chang-Hua County. One-way ANOVA and structural equation modeling were implemented to validate the hypotheses set according to the object of this study. There are four types of school organizational climates set in the survey: supportive, monitoring, harmonic and remote; five for teachers’ work stress: teaching, professionals, workload, relations, and atmosphere; three for reactions to work stress: mental, physical, and behavioral. The analytical results are as follows: 1. The correlation between school organizational climate and teachers’ work stress is negative. Teachers who work in a supportive or harmonic climate feel less stress. 2. The reaction to work stress is highly correlated to the teachers’ work stress.
