Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 運動事業管理學系 === 101 === This study, applied players’ satisfaction level as the moderator, intends to discuss how the leadership behavior of the elementary school basketball coaches in Changhua County affected the organizational commitment. The objects of this study were aimed at the elementary school students in Changhua County.The survey was conducted by using the purposeful sampling methods. For the total copies of 420 questionnaires, 354 of which were valid, and the availability rate was 84.28%. The data collected were further analyzed with the SPSS12.0 system. The findings of the research are shown as the followings: 1. “Training, instruction behavior, caring and rewards have a significant positive effective prediction to organizational commitment and satisfaction while “Autocratic behavior” shows a negative effective prediction to “The tendency to stay.” 2. Satisfaction posted a positive interference on both coach leadership behavior and “Team Identity”, whereas the influence on “Diligent wish” was not revealed. As for “the tendency to stay”, aside from the positive interference aroused by the “autocratic behavior”, that caused by other behaviors was not obtained. The findings and implications related to management would be further discussed, and concrete contribution and suggestion to coaches, sports relevant administration organization and subsequent researches would be provided, so as to promote the training of basketball players.
