Research of Taekwondo Coach with Professional Knowledge and Ability Degree of Recognition and Loyalty－View from a Contestant Perspective

碩士 === 大葉大學 === 運動事業管理學系 === 101 === Taekwondo originated in Korea, is our country to particularly develop item in recent years, is a highly competitive and spectator sports. It is very important roles to the establishment of the Taekwondo clubs and coach with professional knowledge and ability, in order to continue to enhance the Taekwondo international achievement and promotion of learning population. Except for the Taekwondo clubs, schools in whole country all have a Taekwondo school teams and clubs that shows how much popular of Taekwondo. The purpose of this research is inquiries into Taekwondo coach with professional knowledge and ability, degree of recognition, and loyalty with coach that uses the view from a contestant perspective. The different Taekwondo space of students and school athletics contestants are object of research. Research methods, questionnaires were given a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 278 valid questionnaires. Applied SPSS 18.0 software package to carry on statistics analysis, the analysis shows as a result: Taekwondo coach with professional knowledge and ability will positively affect the contestant' loyalty. And Taekwondo coach with professional knowledge and ability will not positively affect degree of recognition. The study found that an excellent coach professional knowledge will give contestants a good subjective feeling with a high degree of loyalty, but young children cannot render the substance of the role of the degree of recognition.
