| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 教育專業發展研究所 === 101 === The main purpose of this study is to differentiate respective varieties of delinquency and athletic aggression for dodgeball players of primary Schools in Changhua County, and investigate their correlation by applying the mechanism of canonical correlation analysis. One linear regression model is also proposed to predict delinquency by selecting four factors of athletic aggression as predictors. A census was adopted for 352 dodge ball players attending 2012 Changhua County Championship Cup Dodgeball Tournament, and its valid sampling rate is 94%. In this study, the main instruments of collecting quantitative data are Delinquency Scale and Athletic Aggression Scale. The main results of this research are as follows:
(1) There is an interaction between two variables, namely grade and years of experience in delinquency.
(2) There is an interaction between two variables, namely gender and grade in Athletic Aggression.
(3) For primary students in grades 4-6, the set of externalizing delinquency, internalizing delinquency and learning-adapted problems is not highly correlated with the set of catastrophizing, mislabeling, egocentrism and aggressive behavior in the sense of canonical correlation.
(4) Using linear regression to model deliquency by selecting four principle components extracted from Athletic Aggression Scale as predictors.
