The study was conducted through the questionnaire-survey method considering the integration of domestic and foreign literature reviews. Subjects were 552 public school senior grader students of 24 classes of elementary schools in Taichung City in 101 school year. Parenting styles, children achievement motivations and learning behavior are major investigative subject matters in this study. Statistic analysis of the collected data was undergone via Descriptive Statistics, Independent t-Test, Factors Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Pearson’s Correlation, Single Factor Variance Analysis, and Multiple Regression via the SPSS 18.0. Discoveries of the research includes: (1)Senior grader girl students had showed better learning behavior than senior grader boy students had and, however, had no insignificant difference in parenting styles and children achievement motivations;(2)Senior grader students of elementary schools from high SES families had showed better achievement motivations and learning behavior than those from medium and low SES families and, however, had no insignificant difference in parenting styles;(3)Senior grader students of elementary schools from authoritative families had showed better learning behavior than those from permissive, authoritarian and neglect families; (4)Senior grader students of elementary schools are aware of that there exists positive correlations among parenting styles, achievement motivations and learning behavior. Based on the research, suggestions are proposed respectively for teachers, parents and future research.
