Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among teachers’ personality traits, justice perception, job satisfaction and organizational commitment under the cancellation of tax-free policy for the military and teachers, and propose specific suggestions as reference. The author designed a questionnaire for data survey. 300 questionnaires were applied with convenience sampling, and 291 questionnaires were returned and valid. The statistic methods used descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVAs test, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis. The result of study is found as following: 1.There is a significant correlation between teachers’ locus of control, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and justice perception. 2. Teachers’ justice perception has significant positive impact on the job satisfaction after tax. 3. Teachers’ justice perception has significant positive impact on the organizational commitment after tax. 4. Teachers’ job satisfaction has significant positive impact on the organizational commitment after tax. 5.The job satisfaction has mediating effect on personality traits and organizational commitment. 6. The job satisfaction has mediating effect on justice perception and organizational commitment.
