Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 設計暨藝術學院碩士在職專班 === 101 === ABSTRACT The purpose of this thesis is to study the operating and business strategy of pottery workshop in Changhua County。This study investigates and collects the rang of topics or object-related information in Taiwan and carries Out in-depth case study of“Tianzhong kilnhome”established by a potter Mr.Ye Zhicheng in Chang County. Based on the data collection of fieldwork and through these data analysis,the business strategies of the pottery workshop are adducible.According to reviewing the previous literature,discussion of case study,works of pottery for exhibition and competition,many files and data coll ection were analyzed in order to understand the progress of development of the“Tianzhong kilnhome”and its operating characteristics.Mr.Ye adopts many business policies,for instance,to insist on using firewood,to take part in the house of craftsman,to participate in community-building,topromote pottery education,and to form and alliance with cross-industry.Through the analysis of the impact of various strategies for the busimess and marketing of pottery workshop,a large number of economic benefits are created. Finally ,some conclusions and suggestions are proposed for providing pottery working-house an a alternative consideration on the development of business strategy of pottery workshop. We can found by the research results:1、Make good use of the resources of the public sector and cross-sector can make up for the lack of funds.2、To creation features and build brand, so that the additional price of the product can improve quickly.3、continuous research and development of creativity goods make the pottery workshop more competitive.The improvement of pottery environmental is necessary to rely on the government, industry and the community to face with a more positive, proactive attitude. In addition to wealth the connotation of cultural industry. we must have the creativity and international outlook too. Key Words : pottery workshop,Business Strategy ,Tianzhong Kilnhome
