Therefore, female would get more opportunity for working on firefighting job which regard as men’s duty in traditional. It is extremely getting big challenge and unforeseen before for female getting the firefighting duty with men. The purpose on this research is to realize female firefighters’ adaptability and influence of organization adjusting on female who is one of member at firefighting branch. Get conclusion as below via interview: 1. The room in branch should be divided into male and female room, so is the room for drying cloth. 2. Lunch regular training, case sharing and increase stamina, experience for demand of rescue and safety. 3. Personal equipment fitting or not influence members’ dexterity and safety on rescue. 4. The members of branch agree with gender equalization .Male members would actively help female member who is suffering problem. 5. Female joining the branch make atmosphere more harmonious. 6. There is different aspect of proportion both female and male, but it is getting impact if proportion of female gets higher further. 7. The duty assignment reaches agreement via negotiation by each expertise and characterization no matter gender is. 8. Male and female members adapt each other well and male members would take care of their own behavior much more. 9. Female firefighters would implement the duty and affair well at branch. Only the females would be affected in the event of period. 10. The mechanism of the leaves without duty is not good enough so that it would affect interaction with family and interpersonal relationship. Eventually, this research would provide some advice on practical firefighting work to the follow-up researchers.
