Moral leadership has a significant negative predictive effect to EDB. (c) paternalistic leadership has a significant predictive effect to Tricircular Cultural Perception. (d) Whether or not include the paternalistic leadership three ingredients into the regression model, TCP has a significantly positive prediction effect on EDB. (e) Moral leadership has a significantly positive effect on OCB, and has a significantly negative predictive effect to EDB. (f) The moral leadership, authoritarian leadership can positively predict OCB, through the partial mediating effects of TCP. Based on the research findings, the managerial implications, limitation of this study, and suggestion for future research are provided. 賴惠德 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 157 zh-TW
