Taiwanese people are famous spirit of hospitality for their provide a friendly treat, not just for strangers but also for ordinary friends, acquaintances and relatives in order to show warm welcome and gracious hospitality.   This study investigates the relationship between level of frendship and hospitality behavior teens. Related research in this area is still few.   This study focuses teenagers hospitality culture and behaviors. This study attempts to understand levels of frendships including good friends, ordinary friends, and acquaintances and how the three categories of friendship types may affect hospitality behavior and self-disclosure. The purpose found that: (1)The teenagers of hospitality behavior to including prepare food, drinks, frolic joke and nice chat etc; (2)The teenagers friendship relations and a significant association between self-disclosure, the he high the degree of friendship, self-disclosure is also high; (3)The teenagers friendship relations and a significant association between hospitality behavior, the he high the degree of friendship, hospitality behavior is also high; (4)The teenagers between friendship relations and gender relations, only good friends of the relationship between gender compositions of female for female, friendly degree influence hospitality and self-disclosure degree relatively high, ordinary friends and acquaintances not only because of friendship gender relations but also relatively hospitality and self-disclosure behavior. The concluding report, teenagers hospitality behavior as interpersonal communication to Social Penetration Theory with descriptive, interpersonal communication like an onion, layer by layer stripping slowly to the center, friendship degree relatively hospitality behavior self-disclosure degree, dissemination process conform above discussion mode.
