The main feature of these products is the touchable interface. The material is needed to run the touchable interface as cover glass is flat glass, the one of the critical components for the Tablet PC. Therefore, the quality, reliability and safety of the cover glass are very important. Six Sigma DMAIC process and related theory are integrated to apply to this study. The customer feedback information from service department as VOC ( Voice of customer) is the underlying source of Define. FMEA and TRIZ are the mean methods integrated in this study. We bring up the corrective actions, and keep to maintain control, and construct a continuous improvement of the quality management system. The empirical results of the case study show the statistics information from the customer service center is considered as VOC. After the engineers clarified to confirm, we found out that the cover glass breakage occurrence cumulatively. Then we detected the two of the products which have the highest RPN (Risk Priority Number) failure modes, the reason for the breakage, are Chipping and Origin by FMEA. The study also shows that analyzing the system functions of the products by TRIZ to obtain corrective actions is Round Polished. We estimate the improvement RPN has been reduced, so it is improved effectively. By means of tracking the follow-up Customers’ feedback, it is verified that it improved effectively. The case study shows that Six Sigma DMAIC can improve on the quality, continue to reduce the risk of product failure, avoid the consumers to buy or use the failure product, and protect the rights and interests of the consumers and the interests of the company. 陳志賢 胡世雄 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 78 zh-TW |
