This study aimed to explore the following aspects—
(1) differences between the organic and Eco-friendly
agriculture rice
(2) differences between the sun-dried rice in Taiwan and
Japan
(3) promotion and restoring the operations of organic
agriculture sun-driedrice
(4) Prospects of organic agriculture sun-dried rice in
Taiwan
Analyzing the interviews, there came out four
conclusions:
(1) differences between the organic and Eco-friendly
agriculture rice lies both
in the use / non-use of Microbial Control, and in over- / non-use of organic fertilizers
(2) factors affecting the properties of sun-dried rice
between Taiwan and Japan are operation techniques,
weather, humidity temperature, andgeographical
differences
(3) promotion and restoring the operations of organic
agriculture sun-dried rice become more and more
important in the future because of people’s awareness
of sustainable land-use
(4) prosperity of organic agriculture sun-dried rice in
Taiwan would rise with populace’s awareness of
Environmental Sustainability
