Considering above conditions, we are trying to find out that how progressive tax, diversified products, tax rate and monopoly power will affect economic growth. Then, we take a look at how government can keep social optimal by adjusting the degree of progressive tax and the rate of income tax. Our analysis finds that the degree of Progressive tax is negative in the socially optimal.
