| Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 101 === In order to maintain the quality of purchasing for electronics industry, it's necessary for electronics industry to have an efficient supplier evaluation. But, the business environment of electronics industry is complex and special. ”price” , ”quality” , ”deliver” , ”service” those common index might not deal with supplier evaluation of electronics industry. We have to including some non-goods index. Therefore, this study hope that through Q company, for the electronics industry supplier evaluation to find available evaluation model with reference weights to construct supplier selection decision-support system.. The results of this study are:
1. We select from 1966 to 2012 total of 29 studies, sorting out total of 40 using the evaluation index higher frequency. Particularly quality, delivery, price, technical capability, manufacture and facility.
2. We assess the importance through inquiry to procurement experts of Q company. From 40 indexes original, we filter 24 indexes which procurement experts thought more important. Via those indexes, this study would build an evaluation model which has seven dimensions and two hierarchies only for Taiwan electronic industry. This model reflects the emphasis of the selection dimensions of the current Taiwanese electronics industry procurement.
3. According to Q company's procurement characteristics, we design a three-stage selection process, filtering, evaluating, and price negotiation. It's suitable for electronic industries to selection supplier
