And the cloud computing application services technology began to be popular. We hope to implement a system and through cloud services based on user location and context aware to send the message a software platform and mobile advertising distribution services, for example, to provide a new method compared with the traditional mobile advertising, early mobile ads the way they use to send text messages or a user through a Web browser way to reach. Even the recent QR Code (Quick Response Code) is a passive marketing. This paper proposes a new advertising push method, active marketing while saving the cost of SMS text may spend this thesis with a GPS positioning capabilities of the Android open platform for mobile devices, with GAE and C2DM push message function to develop LBS features a set of messaging platforms, and implemented in the mobile ad delivery services.
