Subjects of this study were players who participated in the 101 year junior high school volley league. The collected data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffes’ method, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results indicated that: 1.The analysis of training satisfaction of the junior high school volleyball players was that team support got the highest score; the second one was training satisfaction, and then leading satisfaction. Need of personal factors got the lowest score. The analysis of team cohesion of the volleyball players shows that interpersonal attraction got the highest score. And interpersonal affiliation got the lowest score. 2.Through the comparisons of the training satisfaction among the junior high school volleyball players, the study results were as follows: (1)Players of different sexes have significant differences in training satisfaction and personal factors (p<.05). (2)Players in different grades had significant differences in team support (p<.05). (3)Players with different weekly training hours had significant differences in need of team support (p<.05). (4)Players with different join-in span had significant differences in personal factors (p<.05). (5)Players with different best performance had significant differences in training satisfaction, personal factor and team support. 3.Through the comparisons of the different team cohesion of junior high school volleyball players, the study results were as follows: (1)Players of different sexes do not have noticeable differences in all factors. (2)Players of different grades have significant differences in personal factors (p<.05). (3)Players with different weekly training hours do not have had significant differences in all factors. (4)Players with different join-in span had significant differences in teamwork (p<.05). (5)Players with different best performance had significant differences in interpersonal affiliation (p<.05). 4.There were positive relationship between junior high school volleyball players’ training satisfaction and team cohesion, the more training satisfaction the students have, the greater the team cohesion will be.
