A questionnaire survey was accordingly implemented in this study by the instruments in titled of “The Questionnaire of the job satisfaction of preschool educators on public preschools after integrated the kindergarten and nursery school in I-Lan County. And, this study surveyed 356 preschool educators at 50 public preschools in I-Lan County. There are 264 valid questionnaires with 88.89% of responding rate. The date were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The study showed that job satisfaction of preschool educators on public preschools after integrated the kindergarten and nursery school was at the average level. And, the job satisfaction with interpersonal relationships was among the highest, the lowest was satisfaction with pay and benefits. Demographic variables including preschool educator’s age, education level, current titles and teacher qualifications were significantly correlated with preschool educator’s job satisfaction. Environmental variables including teaching units, teach classes, kindergarten class size and staffing of child care were significantly correlated with preschool educator’s job satisfaction. Accordingly, the following suggestions were provided to the Bureau of Education, preschool supervisors and preschool educators. First, the Bureau of Education should pay attention and to the rights and related benefits of contract staff, and communicate with them. Secondly, to the preschool supervisors should give preschool educators more support, affirmation, and reduce repetitive paperwork. Finally, preschool educators need to concern about the developments of education policy and certainly self-confidence.
