Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔英科技大學 === 環境工程與科學系碩士班 === 101 === Black carbon is the main heat-absorbing material which can absorb the sunlight in the atmosphere, and it’s this particular character that makes the global warming more serious. In this study, we investigate the concentrations and interrelations between the black carbon, ozone, and nitrogen dioxide by the observations from black carbon, ozonesonde and NO2Sonde. We use tethered balloon system to do the 0-1200m altitude observations. Tethered balloon system is equipped with radiosonde (Model TS-111) made by VISALA, Micro black carbon monitor (Model AE-51) made by U.S. Aethalometer Company, ECC (Electrochemical Concentration Cell) ozonesonde made by U.S. SPC Company, and NO2Snode made by Drummond Company. The observation periods are in December 7 to 8, 2012, and June 7 to 11, 2013. The location is at Fooyin University, Kaohsiung. The results show that high concentrations of black carbon are accompanied with high concentrations of ozone, which indicates that high concentration of black carbon maybe associated with photochemical reaction or sources precursor. Regression analysis of atmospheric vertical profiles using the data of black carbon, ozone and NO2 shows that ozone and black carbon have Good positive correlation under the condition of high concentrations of ozone. For the condition of low concentration of ozone, however, ozone and NO2 have not much relations with black carbon. This means black carbon, ozone and NO2 result from different process or pollutant sources.
