Abundant culture has its tides; history and dynasty have their rise and fall; society and humanism has changed. Only “the death” that everyone has to face never changes. This paper is going to take the former master Wang Chuanshan’s concept of life and death as a research, to provide a bright lamp which brings us overstep the life and death, and comprehend the extreme meaning of it. Wang assimilated and digested others’ piths of attitude toward life and death, and he revealed it on thinking of life and death and practice with reason, affection, and will. His understanding of reason, feeling of emotion, and practice of will, lead us to have a wiser thinking while we face the issue of life and hospice as well. This paper focuses on how to have a positive thinking toward the community of life by 3 points, realizing the truth that everyone dies, accepting the fact of death, and overstepping the negative thoughts of it. Therefore, people are not limited and rigidified in an individual life of “I”. Then through the research on mutual concept of life and death, we can find out the inspiring viewpoints from the education on death and life and modern hospice. These viewpoints not only enlighten every person with a real and individual value of life, but also the meaning of life’s existence; therefore people can reach the state of living and dying in peace.
