Summary:碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 社會福利學系碩士班 === 100 === This study is to understand the relationships between resocialization and mature interpersonal relations and to analyze impacts of different sex and age on both variables among college students The questionnaire includes three parts: background factors, scale of resocialization, and scale of mature interpersonal relationships. There are 354 college students for analyzing in this research. Statistical methods are employ, such as descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regressions. The results show as follows: 1.The higher resocialization , the better mature interpersonal relationships. 2.Female students have higher scores of resocialization than male students, on the other hand, the males are more likely to self-reveal. 3.The more years in college, the higher resocialization and the more autonomy of mature interpersonal relationships. 4.Generally speaking, resocialization has positive relationship with mature interpersonal relationships. According to the results of multiple linear regression, resocialization significantly influences mature interpersonal relationships. Finally, some suggestions are provided for education and welfare institutions and for future researches.
