Web Internet transferring information in the media, there are many researches focus on plane images, but it still needs developing to study for dynamic image, Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the Web dynamic image to understand today's pages of the museums in Taiwan , dynamic image closer to the users' needs direction. The study was divided into three stages: First, through literature, web search, and organize, to analysis of the Flash dynamic image of the design structure, to establish a basis for analysis; followed by analysis of web pages dynamic image, understand development status and differences; finally questionnaire summarized users Taiwanese web the dynamic image design preferences, and the compilation of relevant recommendations, refer to the direction of development for the web designer.
