碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 101 === Using a sample of students in Mackay Nursing and Management College, this study investigates the possible reasons of the popularity of nursing department in vocational education. A total of 418 questionnaires were collected and appropriate statistical analyses were conducted. The main results are summarized as follows: 1. The perception of school image is not correlated with students’ majors. 2. The perception of profession and department image are both correlated with students’ majors. 3. The perceived value of department exercises a positive impact on students’ majors. However, this impact is arisen from the perceived value of department, not the perceived sacrifice. 4. The perceived value of department exercises higher impact on students’ majors than department and profession image
