The major findings are: 1.The job attitudes of elementary school teachers are generally positive, especially in the cognitive and affective dimensions. 2.Core self-evaluations of elementary school teachers are slightly positive. 3.Perceived job environments of elementary school teachers are positive, but not in an extremely positive status. 4.Core self-evaluations and perceived job environments exercise positive impact on job attitudes simultaneously for elementary school teachers. 5.Relatively, perceived job environments exercise higher impact on job attitudes than core self-evaluations.
