However, as the financial tsunami triggered by the United States in 2007, it has inflicted heavy losses on Taiwan wafer foundry industry. Fortunately, managers of all wafer foundry industry have flexible and excellent management capacity. As a result, they came to their feet soon and created enormous profits for the industry. Therefore, the key of the study is to analyze the competitive power of all enterprises by using the financial statements of listed company and prospectus of general meeting of stockholders. With the positive analysis of the study, company with better competitive power can really create more profits. On the contrary, company with worse competitive force may indeed cause great losses
