The participants were 43 members from Soka Gakkai’s subdivision,14 males(32.60%) and 29 femals(67.4%). 10-item Chinese Happines Inventory was administered.It showed that religious learning significantly promote the psychological well-being across the six dimensions:Optimism,Positive affect,Physical fitness,Satisfaction with self,Achievement at work,and Peace of mind. The basic and the advanced tests on religious teaching held annually had major impacts to the enhancement of psychological well-being. Further,from the analysis of semi-structured interviews,it indicates that positive thinking,self-reflection,and self-actualization transformed by religious perspectives and guidances and members’realistis experiences generate the transformative dynamics.
