Its main purpose is to unify the material production, procurement, transportation and rations as a whole to reduce expenses and time for materials supply during the war. The logistics system was then upgraded and applied to modern economic life before evolving into today’s logistics. The most common types of logistics could be divided into room temperature logistics and cold chain logistics. After long time development of the management of logistics, today’s logistics operators have used computer system to replace manual operation that the cost is lower, the delivery is faster and the service is better than before. However, most of the current management systems use proprietary systems that the action end consists of several sub-systems and is not integrated. So if the action end uses tablet computer, it could not only satisfy the demands from the system but also reach the goal of integration. Tablet computer is a compact, convenient personal mobile computer device that not only has powerful transmission function of wireless network but also integrate multi-systems in one and its capacity could meet the needs of the most current management. In this study, we used the Android-operated tablet computer with the developed application programs (app) and combined the technologies of global positioning system (GPS), geographic information system (GIS) and wide band code division multiple access (WCDMA) through the transmission of Bluetooth to complete the design of the end of action. It also integrates with current final control end to complete the establishment of management information system. This study expects to improve the maintenance, integration and poor scalability of action end equipment. In the last stage, it tested the system in a simulated environment.
