Taiwan's population is aging rapidly so early diagnosis and treatment is necessary. The most common diagnostic methods include X-ray and nuclear magnetic resonance, but often miss the treatment in time. In recent years, biomarkers in serum have been increasingly used to invasively detect diseases such as OA. In this work, it developed the QCM immunosensor that the biointerface was designed to immobilize antibody by self-assembled monolayer technique on the QCM surface. Cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) and α1-Antitrypsin (AAT) were used as antibodies. The developed QCM immunosensor showed good sensitivity, specificity and reliability. Finally, utility of non-invasive urine sampling for detection of OA was studied in this work. Chi-Yen Shen 沈季燕 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 68 zh-TW |
