They could appear and occur everywhere, if there are two members in an organization, from political organizations, offices, enterprises, schools to families. Wanted or not, but they do appear and exist. It is not an easy story to study, control and handle these conflicts. It is not a good measure to get rid of them. We have to identify them, find the causes and then choose the most appropriate solution. If the leaders of the agencies, organizations do not pay attention to these conflicts, do not commit to prevent them from occurring or solving them, conflicts will make their impacts, resulting in the failures of the agencies, organizations. If conflicts could be controlled, enterprises could make great improvements in terms of working productivity, job satisfaction of workers and the promotion of ideas, leading to the stronger development of the enterprises. The thesis provides fundamental issues related to conflicts: Definition and classifications of conflicts; General background of Vietnamese enterprises; Identify and study the causes of the conflicts; Propose appropriate solutions. In addition to that, the thesis also propose some measures to prevent and control conflicts, stopping them from occurring and controlling them when they occur.
