碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院管理碩士在職專班 === 101 === 20 years ago, the Genesis Social Welfare Foundation started to promote our society to donate receipt and save patients in a persistent vegetative state (PVS). The activity is very successful and it also attracted more than 300 social welfare organizations conduct the same activity since GSWF announce the amount from donator’s receipt. However, two important factors that decrease the number of donated receipts are: 1.The government increases the first price to ten million dollars. 2.The promotion of electronic receipt. It’s a big Challenge for every Non-profit organization (NPO) to fundraise money through Relational Goverance since there are more and more NPOs being set up in the recent years. Preparing a Receipt donation box is a free and convenient way to achieve the purpose. The one who donate Receipts is also the one who donate money. This research conducts a Relational Goverance model for receipt donation point. The result will be useful for NPOs to increase fund from donated receipt. This research selected the Fengshan branch of GSWF to conduct analysis. The research found out that a stable model of Relational Governance would help improving the relationship between donator and foundation. The man who is willing to help GSWF is also willing to help patient is PVS. They don’t care about substantive feedback or additional income. They just want to help vulnerable people through providing manpower, time and money without any feedback. It’s focusing on Relational Governance, Relationship Quality and Relationship Value. We Investigate Manage meaning and doing the research with the donater. We can’t just give the suggesting but also solve the strait of Non-profit organizations in a positive and active way. This research also found out that the investigation of manage meaning through analyze Relational Governance, Relationship Quality and Relationship Value with interviewing donators will provide an positive and active suggestions to NPOs that are facing more and more tough challenge in the recent years.
