They are considered as important factors that affect well-being in previous study. However, the effects of job, family and leisure satisfactions on the well-being were not consid-ered simultaneously in previous study. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among job satisfaction, family satisfaction, leisure satisfaction and well-being of the employees of international tourist hotels in the northern Taiwan. Employees of 26 international tourist hotels in the northern Taiwan were invited to participate in this study. A total of 620 questionnaires were delivered, and totally 603 were collected. Finally, 575 usable questionnaires were achieved after 28 unusable questionnaires were removed. Structural equation modeling was used to examine our hypotheses. The results of this study show that job satisfaction, family satisfaction, and leisure satisfaction have significantly positive impacts on well-being. It indicates that well-being will be higher when an individual acquires higher job satisfaction, family satisfaction, and leisure satisfaction. Accordingly, job satisfaction, family satisfaction and leisure satisfaction are important factor to predict well-being. Job satisfaction and family satisfaction have stronger effects on the well-being while these satisfactions were compared to each other.
