碩士 === 景文科技大學 === 觀光與餐旅管理研究所 === 101 === In Taipei, if organic farms can be based on the convenient transportation and the great numbers of customers, it will increase the income and create the economic profit of farm by implementing the agricultural experimental activity. It can also enhance customers’ confidence, acknowledge for the organic agricultural products and purchasing aspiration through the agricultural experimental activity which can accelerate the development of organic agriculture in Taipei. This study bases on Taipei area and eleven organic farms are choosed to be research objects. It uses literature review of qualitative research, field study and interview to focus on the type and analyze the using resources of organic agricultural experimental activity. It also investigates organic agricultural experimental activity planning and the situation of operating. The conclusion of the research as follows: 1. The limited reason for developing the experimental activity of organic farm is so much that the proportion of implementation is not high. 2. Organic crops are the main on the using resources of the experimental activity of organic farm. 3. The processing experience of organic agricultural products is the most implementation and the most popular with tourists. 4. One day and whole year experimental activity is the planning of organic farm and the main implementation. 5. The principle of planning the experimental activity for organic farm can be concluded nine items. 6. The most population resources of planning and implementation of organic farms are managers and families. 7. The developing trend of agricultural experimental activity in future is to use life resources of peasants and farm ecology environment resources planning which is in farming task utilization category and environment utilization category to experience activity. The study is according to the relevant literatures and results of investigation and concludes the suggestions, including managers of organic farms should use the agricultural experimental resources actively and protect it properly, emphasizing experimental education, advancing the ability of planning experimental activity, enhancing marketing on experimental activity and promoting farm cooperation and forming alliance on four sides to develop organic experimental activity which is market differences and separated. Governments should set up lessons widely, teach and coach planning agricultural experimental activities, establish “The Squad of Organic Experimental Activities Planning” to integrate and plan organic agricultural experimental activity, and help organic farm to develop agricultural experimental activity and let organic farm can exist forever.
