Description
Summary:碩士 === 景文科技大學 === 觀光與餐旅管理研究所 === 101 === Abstract This study investigated the relationships mutually in between learning motivation, learning attitude and learning academic achievement in Cooperative Technique Education Program (CTEP) for junior high school students in Taipei area who were interested in learning skills of hospitality field in their advanced study. Hypotheses of relationships among the above variables were built based on previous studies. Hujiang High School was selected as the indicator of advanced professional high school and senior students from twenty-three junior high schools of Taipei area were in this program. There were 366 valid surveys among 450 surveys being collected. SPSS17.0 was used to run the descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results showed leisure activities, and mother’s career affected students’ learning motivation, learning attitude, and learning academic achievement. Moreover, school location affected learning motivation. Significant positive correlations mutually appeared in between learning motivation, learning attitude, and learning academic achievement. It also revealed that learning motivation and learning attitude had significant positive effect toward learning academic achievement, and the interaction between learning motivation and learning attitude had limited but positive effect toward learning academic achievement. Those results provided useful implications for educational authorities in designing and planning technical and vocational education policies to enhance the quality outcomes when promoting the 12-year public education program.
